Here you’ll find information about upcoming holidays to the mountains. Check back regularly for the latest updates.
We’re sorry to confirm that due to the impact of COVID-19 and the restrictions now in place, we can’t operate our holidays to Andorra, Austria, Canada, France, Italy or Switzerland for departures up to and including 5 March 2021.
We’re aware of recent announcements regarding restrictions to some of our destinations. We’ll be proactively contacting any customers whose holidays are impacted as soon as possible to discuss their options, prioritising those due to travel in the coming weeks. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
The EU traffic light system has been put in place to manage travel restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Regions across the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) are categorised as green, orange, red or grey depending on their COVID-19 risk levels. The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) publishes an indicator map each week, with all the latest info.
The Irish Government isn’t advising against international travel to countries partaking in the traffic light system. Therefore, we currently plan to operate flights to destinations in the European Union, as long as we’re able to deliver your holiday as per The Crystal Holiday Promise. For example, we won’t operate a holiday if you need to self-isolate or quarantine when you arrive at your destination.
If your holiday is impacted by the updates above, there’s no need to contact us − we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. In the meantime, you can learn more about our Crystal Holiday Promise or find answers to questions in our COVID-19 FAQs.
We’re sorry for the disappointment these updates will cause and we hope we can take you to the mountains soon.
