But it’s not just the great snow that will entice you, it is a tax free state and there are a large number of outlet stores – so take a spare suitcase! The NH Lift Pass allows you to ski 5 mountains, base yourself in North Conway and you are in walking distance to outlet shopping while being a few minutes drive from the great learn to ski mountain of Cranmore. More accomplished skiers will prefer to base themselves around Loon Mountain which also puts you close to Cannon and Waterville ski resorts.
