So what's it like?
A true wild west ski town
Jackson Hole has some of the best advanced and expert terrain in the USA, bar none. There’s a huge amount of steep chutes, bowls and, of course, its signature run Corbet’s Couloir, which is so tough it used to earn you a free beer in the Mangy Moose Bar. The town of Jackson, 20 mins shuttle from the ski resort, is like stepping on a set for a Western, its wooden boardwalks and frontier architecture giving it incredible character, unlike anything else in the States.

Ski Information Beginners
Jackson is a great place to learn, the ever helpful ski school will give you confidence through expert tuition. The Snow King mountain, directly behind downtown Jackson also offers beginner slopes and a chance to try night skiing.
Ski Information Intermediates
Miles and miles of perfectly groomed pistes and long cruising runs from the top of Jackson's huge mountain combine to make this ski area an intermediates' paradise. You will never cover all that is on offer in Jackson, but you will have great fun trying!
Ski Information Advanced
Numerous world-famous challenges await. Whilst it is advisable to watch the local experts plunge into infamous Corbets Couloir, you will find the superb powder in the Cheyenne, Laramie and Tensleep Bowls an amazing experience.
