Staying in a chalet is like sleeping on the right side of the bed – comfy, laid-back and totally relaxing.
We’ve got Crystal chalets in some of Europe’s most popular resorts, each offering you a comfortable, true mountain experience, bundled up with some of the creature comforts of home and your own chalet host to do all the hard work for you.
So sit back, save your energy for the slopes and let your host take care of things with a Crystal chalet stay
All our holidays include flights and transfers.
Our catered chalet holidays also include 3 meals on 6 nights of your stay, all prepared by your chalet host. There’s always a cooked option at breakfast and afternoon tea comes with homemade cakes or biscuits. In the evening, everyone sits down together for a relaxed, social meal. This is made up of 3 courses for 5 nights of the week and a 4-course farewell feast on your last night. Early suppers are available for children on request and adults’ evening meals come with house wine, which is free-flowing until coffee is served.
On the day when 3 meals aren’t included, a continental breakfast will be left out for you and your chalet host will be able to recommend some local restaurants for lunch and dinner. You won’t be able to use the kitchen in the chalet.
Yes. Most are single chalets, where communal areas are shared with other guests in your chalet – which will be people from your group and also fellow Crystal guests, unless you’ve booked out a whole chalet.
We also have some chalet options that are part of a larger chalet complex with some facilities like spas and swimming pools shared with other chalets.
We’ve got lots of chalets of different sizes, sleeping anywhere between 6 and 41 people.
Absolutely. There are two ways to book a chalet with friends. You can either take a whole chalet just for your group, or book a spot in a larger chalet and stay with like-minded snow-seekers. You'll be sharing tales of pistes, powder and tomorrow's plans over a glass of wine in no time.
We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free diets at no extra cost. We may be able to cater for other dietary requirements, though there could be an extra charge. Please let us know about any dietary requirements and allergies when you book your holidays.
Yes. There’s WiFi throughout our chalets and it’s always free. So you can share your ski snaps online, while they're fresh off the slopes.
Yes, lots of them are great for families. There’s plenty to think about when you take the kids skiing and a catered chalet can help you relax, because it’ll have shared areas and your meals are sorted too.
Some of our chalets can be booked for families all season, and some can only be booked during the school holidays or if you book the whole chalet. If a chalet is family-friendly, it’ll say so on our website, so look out for those details and be sure to give the ages of all children when you book.
Evening meals are normally served around 7.30pm.
Our chalets get festive around Christmas and New Year, with Christmas decorations, trees and a little added sparkle to your mealtimes. There’s mulled wine and mince pies on Christmas Eve and a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings on Christmas Day. On New Year’s Eve, your host will throw a gala dinner and we’ll bring out the fizz at midnight.
All our chalets are listed on our Chalet Ski Deals page , so have a browse and find your perfect fit.Browse Chalets
Our website's prices and flight, accommodation and room availability are updated every morning. To calculate average price per person, applicable discounts are subtracted from your total cost, which is then divided by the number of adults and children (excluding infants). A full price breakdown can be viewed on the payment page.
In some circumstances, prices and availability may update during the day so you may find price/availability differences later in the booking process.
Bookings made by credit card incur a fee of 2%. Debit cards are free. More information.
